Pre-release: Matar a Jesús (Killing Jesus)
Sinopsis
Fiction. A popular political science professor at a public university in the city of Medellin is shot dead. Two months later his daughter Paula, a twenty-two-year old student accidentally crosses path with the hitman. This situation forces her to set the limits of her own humanity. The encounter between the victim and the killer reveals what it takes to kill someone, especially when this person becomes a reflection of the girl: a victim too. Paula will then have to choose between perpetuating or resisting violence.
“Raising questions about an act of revenge, on the option of killing a murderer almost devoid of humanity, constitutes perhaps the only way in which our redemption can be accomplished.” (Laura Mora)
