Sinopsis
Fiction. Jùlia decides to go to Berlin with an Erasmus scholarship. She will leave home for the first time, without much thought, to the adventure. The city, cold and gray, gives her a more icy welcome than she expected and makes her get to grips with reality: her new life is far from being what she imagined while in the classrooms of the School of Architecture in Barcelona.
Halfway between cinema and the theatre, interpretation and direction, Martín has founded the creation laboratory Els Malnascuts (Sala Beckett), performed at the P14 Volksbühne, and directed the play Like si lloras, among others. In addition to encarnating Ágata in Las amigas de Ágata, she has played in Meritxell Colell’s Tierras de soledad. Júlia ist is her debut as a film director.
