Documentary. The documentary is a journey across the borders of Italy and Slovenia to make us discover a land, a people, a culture, just beyond a mobile threshold, crossed and changed millions of times by the transmigrations of people, languages and traditions.
Elisabetta Sgarbi shows Slovenia through different perspectives. Slovenia in the words and eyes of Paolo Rumiz, met both in mystic or technological places to make us understand how deeply our roots can go into the ground of the other.

Elisabetta Sgarbi founded and runs the publishing house La nave di Teseo. She created, and for 18 years has been the artistic director of the international festival La Milanesiana. Since 1999 she directs and produces her own cinematographic works.
