Woorijb (The House of Us)
Sinopsis
Fiction. Hana finishes fifth grade and wants to go on vacation with her mom, dad, and older brother Chan, who is studying high school. Although the family argues every day, Hana believes everything will go back to how it used to be if she manages to take her relatives on a trip together. One day, Hana encounters Yoomi and her younger sister Yoojin, whose parents are always on the road, struggling to make ends meet. The sisters spend their summer break with their busy uncle, in a small apartment, while their parents work on a large construction site. Between her workaholic mother, their father who is the black sheep, and her rebellious brother, Hana struggles to rebuild the family relationship, only to find the situation getting worse. Yoomi and her sister also struggle to secure their home from their landlord who is trying to evict them. Hana takes care of Yoomi and Yoojin, so that they can forget their parents’ absence. But unfortunately, Hana hears the news of her parents’ divorce, and Yoomi ends up getting an eviction notice, so they both leave the house to look for their parents, without realizing what that means. Will Hana and Yoomi save their homes through this unexpected journey? Will they finally find Yoomi’s parents?
