Sinopsis
After leaving El Paisito for the first time, Xavi arrives to his parents’ land. He is the new football player of Club Atlético Osasuna. He will have to face up with his past when he reunites with Rosana. They met in Uruguay in 1973 as children. She has been waiting for him for twenty years, divided by love and hate, to come for her and talk about his memories. Their fathers wanted nothing more than to protect their children... and watch football, of course. Because in El Paisito football is everything, even in wartime.
Ana Díez was born in Navarra and graduated in Medicine. She moved to Mexico to get a PhD, but she decided to dedicate herself to cinema and studied film direction at the Cinematographic Training Center. Back in Spain she joined the film industry. in 1988, Ángel Amigo entrusted her with the direction of her first feature film, Ander eta Yul, based on a script that won an award in an institutional competition and was awarded the Goya for best direction debut.
