Sinopsis
Junior is a nine-year-old boy with curly hair. He wants to straighten it for the school yearbook photo, as that's how the popular pop singers wear it. This desire leads him into conflict with his mother. What Junior wants is to look handsome so that his mom will love him, but she rejects him more and more.
Director, screenwriter, and visual artist born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. She graduated with the first class of the EICTV Film School in Cuba after studying animation in Paris. Her short film Calle 22 won 22 international awards. She co-directed the feature film At Midnight and a Half (2000), which won five awards and was shown at over 40 festivals. Her film Postcards from Leningrad (2007) received 23 international awards. In the field of visual arts, her robotics project You Came with the Breeze has been exhibited in cities like Caracas, Mexico City, Lima, and Beijing.
