Norwegian Karen Winther graduated in 2012 from the documentary directing MA course at the National Film and Television School in London, UK.
Karen´s graduation film THE BETRAYAL premiered at IDFA and received the Best Student Film Award, Best Student Film at Sheffield DocFest, the Royal Television Society award, a Grierson, British Documentary award and the New Nordic Talent Award at Nordisk Panorama.
EXIT is her feature-length documentary debut.
