Sinopsis
Is HIV still stigmatized? Testimonies from experts and people living with HIV answer to it. One of the participants is Josep María Tomás who in 2000 starred in POSITIVO, a documentary nominated for the Goya award and winner of multiple awards. ESTIGMA takes up the issue again 25 years later.
Director, producer and co-screenwriter of the documentary short films Confluencias (Goya Award 1999 for Best Documentary Short Film), Positivo and Ventanas (2000 and 2017 Goya Award Nominees), among others. From 2003 to 2019 she was responsible for the film department of the Comunidad de Madrid. She has directed festivals such as the Short Film Week and coordinated professional meetings, workshops and events. She writes fiction and has recently published the photobook Distancia Social.
