Dolores and Luis share an encounter that only magical realism could make possible. When they discover each other's identity, they are given the chance to explore their family bond and the painful history that connects them.

Lucía Carreras (Mexico City, 1973) is the writer and director of Nos vemos, papá (2011), Tamara y la Catarina (2016), and Póstumo (2026). She co-directed the feature film La casa más grande del mundo (2015). As a screenwriter, her credits include Año Bisiesto (2010), La Jaula de Oro (2013), and Todo el silencio (2024), among others. Her work has received numerous national and international awards. She also produced the feature film Nudo Mixteco (2019).

Carreras has twice been awarded a grant from Mexico’s National System of Creators. She is an active member of the Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences and a founding member and first president of Tinta, the Mexican Society of Film and Audiovisual Writers.
