Los sueños que compartimos

In a utopian 2050, humanity has awakened to the care of life. From that dreamed-of future, we look back at the steps that made it possible: communities that organized themselves, acts of resistance that forged connections, and shared visions that crossed borders. This journey takes us to different territories around the world, where diverse peoples challenged the system and united around a common horizon: protecting life.

With a career that includes four awards and five nominations from the Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences, Valentina Leduc Navarro has made her mark on films by some of the continent’s most influential filmmakers. She has served as a jury member at numerous festivals and shared her expertise through seminars and workshops both in Mexico and abroad. Los sueños que compartimos is her natural transition into directing, while preserving the sensitivity that has defined her work as an editor, making her debut with an essential story of resistance.
