#5 We present the varied programme of the 8th Festival edition’s Parallel Sections, which will be screened in 7 relevant collaborating venues in the centre of Madrid

In total, 22 films (Spanish and international) will be screened within the framework of the festival, which will be held between October 28th and November 9th.

A little less than a month before the start of the 8th edition of the Madrid Films by Women Festival, we give you a preview of the excellent programme, organised in collaboration with seven leading cultural entities in the city, which make the Parallel Sections possible, thanks to their valuable contribution. A total of 22 titles (20 feature films and 2 short films), most of them awarded at festivals around the world, and 7 round tables.

In addition, the public will be able to meet some of the directors and experts invited in the Parallel Sections (who join other professionals we invited to Madrid to participate in the Official Section and in the festival's training activities) to dialogue and share impressions with the attendees during the presentations and debates.
