In addition to the 10 international films in the "International Competition" section, which we will announce shortly, and the 23 feature films already released - which make up the "Focus China", the "Spanish Authors Competition" and the 2 opening and closing films -, we advance you the excellent selection of our “Parallel Sections” section, programmed thanks to the valuable collaboration of our 11 screening venues. It consists of 23 fiction, documentary and animation titles, plus an animation series, by female directors from four continents and mostly awarded at festivals around the world:

In addition, thanks to the invaluable support of our "Collaborating Entities" and the Hungarian and Swedish Embassies in Spain, the audience will be able to meet many of the invited directors and professionals, who will dialogue with and share impressions with the attendees in the presentations and debates after screenings.
FESTIVAL + FILMIN = MORE CINEMA BY WOMEN
For the third consecutive year, we have renewed our agreement with the FILMIN digital platform to promote the visibility of female directors. During the festival dates, a selection of 69 films will be accessible online, through the 'Festival Cine por mujeres’ window: 13 feature films from this edition and 56 from past ones.
