Hammam Sokhn (Trapped)
Sinopsis
Fiction. Different women coming from different social backgrounds find themselves trapped in the events that unfold in the streets and apartment blocks of Egypt. This situation is not necessarily limited to the physical confinement between concrete walls and closed doors but is also the result of thoughts and internal conflicts. Although the women share similar dreams of freedom from social constraints and conditions, each one fights her own battle. In a small coastal town, two girls are assaulted by a man in a motel. Mia, the receptionist, is the only witness. Out of fear of losing her job, she doesn't say anything. Meanwhile, Wen, one of the victims, understands that her problems have only just begun. Trapped in an unsafe world, Mia and Wen will have to find a way to get ahead.
