Sinopsis
The kings of the world is a film about disobedience, friendship and the dignity that exists in resistance. Rá, Culebro, Sere, Winny and Nano, five children from the streets of Medellín, five kings without a kingdom, without law and without family, embark on a journey in search of the promised land. A subversive tale told through a wild and endearing clan, moving between reality and delirium. A trip to nowhere, where everything happens.
Graduated in Film Directing from RMIT University in Australia. She directed the feature film Killing Jesus, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival and at the San Sebastian Festival in 2017. The film was selected at more than 30 festivals, including the Madrid Films by Women Festival and won more than twenty awards. She has also been the director of the series Frontera Verde (2019) and El Robo del Siglo (2020). The kings of the world (2022) is her latest film
