Sinopsis
Two young people undergo the most traumatic experience of their lives: the loss of one of their parents. But they cannot share the pain, they live in different places and times. Fernando lives in Bilbao in 1977 and Iciar in Navarra in 2011. Fernando has to face the kidnapping of his father by ETA and Iciar her mother's cancer. Iciar will embark on a journey to reconstruct the past of Fernando, her father and her grandfather’s, kidnapped by ETA forty years ago.
Spanish screenwriter, actress and director. She has directed numerous television series such as Truhanes. She has written the scripts for films such as La Buena Estrella (1997), winner of 5 Goya Awards including Best Script, and directed movies like Una palabra tuya (2008), winner of the Spanish Circle of Cinematographic Writers Medal. As an actress, she made her debut with the film El Love Feroz o Cuando los hijos juegan al amor (1973). She is the current president of the Royal Board of Trustees of the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía.
