Sinopsis
Paula is a girl who plays in a women's soccer team. She asks her father Luis, who pretends to be a good friend of Betis player Joaquín, to bring the star at the end of the season. Luis relies on his father, a former boxer, and his friend Lito to try to win back the love of his wife, who now lives with a new partner.
Born in Cádiz, Reiné studied at The London Film School in 1992. In 1995, she began working as an advertising manager, directing more than 200 commercials for companies such as Coca Cola and BBVA, and obtaining awards at international festivals. In 2008, she directed an episode of the series Doctor Mateo and worked as the creative director of Un golpe de suerte. In 2010 she moved to Los Angeles, where she wrote, produced, and directed the short films Way of Love and Ready to Talk. She wrote the screenplays for the feature films Children of the Clouds and Breathe, finalists at the Sundance Institute Feature Film Program’s Screenwriting Lab. In 2019 she wrote and directed Salir del ropero.
